FIND THE APPROPRIATE BUSINESS FOR YOU

This is the first and most important thing to do to get your E2 visa application approved. There are some requirements that you must consider for the business, as not every commercial activity applies. Investing a significant amount of money and creating future jobs in the United States are just some of the E2 visa conditions.

INTRODUCING YOU TO THE FRANCHISOR

After speaking with you and learning your background, interests, and investment goals, we begin our research to match you with successful franchises. We will be advising you throughout the process, but it is very important that you and the franchisor build an honest and trusting relationship in order to understand the business fundamentals necessary to make you successful. You will only be introduced to franchise brands that have exemplary training and support programs.

FIND AN ATTORNEY

If needed, we will also introduce you to an experienced immigration attorney. The attorney will play a crucial role in the E2 Visa process by assisting you in setting up your business entity and preparing all necessary documentation for the embassy.

DESIGN A BUSINESS PLAN

Should you choose to invest in a franchise, most will provide the revenue and expense numbers needed for the plan in their Franchise Disclosure Document. Many immigration attorneys will also manage the development of the business plan document. This is a critical part of the E2 visa documentation process and must be done correctly to ensure compliance with US requirements.

FINALIZE THE INVESTMENT

The funds must be irrevocably committed to the business. Before your attorney files the case in the US Embassy you must have already invested the money in the franchise by transferring it to a US bank account and by spending money from your personal or company account to start the business. You are also required to have paid the franchise fee.

SUBMIT YOUR E2 VISA APPLICATION
