*Now that we understand who you are and what you're looking for, it’s time to connect you with opportunities.* We’ll present you with a curated selection of at least five franchise brands that align with your investment objectives, lifestyle preferences, and long-term vision. This step—*connection*—is critical. But it doesn’t involve heading back to the internet to do more research. And there’s a reason for that. Most franchisors intentionally limit what they share on their websites. Why? Because they don’t just want passive browsers—they want to connect with serious candidates.The real information lives in the conversation. That’s where you’ll learn what makes a brand tick, and it’s also how the franchisor learns about *you*. This is a *mutual evaluation process*. If the fit is right on both sides, a franchise is awarded—not sold. Through this connection process, you’ll gain clarity—not just about brands, but about yourself. You’ll discover what you like, what you don’t, how these businesses operate, and what kind of ownership experience you want. Even if you rule a brand out, that’s progress. Evaluate

*This is your due diligence cycle in motion.* We’ve had the initial consultation. We’ve clarified your investment objectives. You’ve been introduced to a select group of brands that align with your goals. Now, you’re stepping into deeper conversations—with the franchise development director and, often, key members of the executive team. This is where *mutual evaluation* truly begins. You’re learning about their culture, understanding how they lead, and getting a feel for how they operate—from marketing to training to operations. You’re not just reviewing a business—you’re assessing a partnership. And at some point, you might realize:*I’m still interested.* That continuing interest is a signal, and it moves you into the next phase of the process—one step closer to becoming a franchise owner.

Discover

*Discovery Day—also called Confirmation Day—is where everything starts to come together.* This is the moment you get on a plane, visit the brand’s corporate headquarters, and take a real look under the hood. You’ll meet the executive leadership, the training team, and other key players who will be part of your journey if you move forward. At this stage, it’s not just about learning—it’s about *confirming the fit*. You’re asking yourself: *Do I believe in the leadership? Does the culture align with my values? Can I see myself building something here?* And the brand is doing the same. If both sides feel aligned—if there’s trust, clarity, and shared belief in the partnership—then you’re awarded the franchise. *This is where possibility becomes reality.*

Decide

*By the time you reach Discovery Day, you’re already most of the way there.* Most candidates are about 70 to 80 percent committed going into it. Discovery Day brings that number closer to 90. And from there, the decision becomes real. No one is ever 100 percent certain—and that’s okay. There’s no such thing as absolute certainty in business. What matters is that you’ve done the work. You’ve asked the right questions, connected with the right people, and taken the right steps. In most cases, the decision to move forward happens right after Discovery Day. The brand wants you, and you want the brand. And when you look back, you’ll realize something powerful: *You didn’t just go online and pick a business.* You followed a thoughtful, strategic process—six essential steps that brought you to the right decision, for the right reasons.
